A couple weeks ago the camera strap caught on the grill as I was walking past it in the garage. The camera jerked out of my hands and crashed into pieces on the concrete. I was so heartbroken and frustrated I couldn't even look at it. As usual, Eric took charge and made it all better (i.e. took the camera to the camera store where they diagnosed it and then bought a new lens). Why I am sharing all this? Basically its a very long excuse for why these pictures never made the blog before. I can't remember what I intended to write about them in the first place, so here they are: the pictures from the day the camera [lens] died...
And, yes, it took me 2 and a half hours to get the kids dressed for 20 minutes of playing in the snow. I *may* have already been frustrated before the camera dropped.
