I've decided that the 4th is probably our second favorite holiday behind Christmas. We definitely do more to celebrate it than any other holiday.
Last night we had a great time at the Stadium of Fire. For sure my favorite part was Carrie Underwood singing the national anthem with a perfectly timed flyover at the end. The kids did pretty good, considering all of the adults were pretty restless. Maggie did a great job braving the fireworks from the stands. The flyover caught Amos off guard and he never really recovered, but he enjoyed the show from underneath the stands with Pop.
I only took a few pictures with my phone, so here it goes...

Maggie and Dada:
Maggie was a clapping machine. She loved all of it. My second favorite part of the night was watching Maggie eat a huge hot dog, while drinking a huge coke, while Carrie Underwood sang "American Girl." Maggie is definitely our American girl:
There is something really cool about being in Lavell Edwards Stadium as the sun sets behind the mountains:
The best part is, we're far from done. Right now, Eric and Nan are in Provo staking out our spots for the parade tomorrow morning =)
