On December 27, 2009 Margaret Allison Horne achieved a landmark milestone in her young life: pigtails.
Technically, her baby mullet is the only part of her hair long enough for the pigtails and/or a pony tail, but from far away, you can barely tell. The hair judges have ruled that it counts!
Note: Aunt Anna receives full credit for the discovery.
