It's On

Eric challenged me this evening, and in true 'Shaver' fashion I will not back down. The challenge:

No soda for one month.

Yikes! I am a diet caffeine free coke/pepsi addict. I realize its nothing but pure chemicals, but I really love it. I don't even drink the caffeinated kind, so its not like I am even getting that out of it. Anyway, game on. I think it is going to be really good for me, because it will force me to drink water, gag. We'll see how I feel in a month.

P.S. Day 2 of the 30-day Challenge down. Woot.

You can do it, Crystal Light is wonderful for stuff like this!

Oh no, what does that mean for the Fourth of July? Can you have one free day? And if not, I might be heading to Boise.

Good call on the crystal light Emily!

Anna-no free days for me, but there is still plenty of soda in the house (and at the party), Eric still lives here afterall.

Laura got me hooked on soda... prior to meeting Laura I never drank soda. Such a bad influence...

You can do it for sure. I had a teacher challenge my class back in January to stop drinking soda. I still haven;t had any to this day. It really isn't that hard. (just on a side note I was addicted to orange soda). Sometimes when I am at a store it will look super good but you just have to keep strong. Plus I drink crystal light too, I actually like the wal-mart brand better, but it makes drinking your water much easier.

I am WAY into Crystal Light - I pour one of the Strawberry "Energy" packets into a bottle of water first thing in the morning and don't have any soda until lunch, and I only have one then. By the way, I tried going without soda for a month and didn't lose ANY weight, not a single pound, so I figured, why torture myself?? :)Good luck though :)

Annie-I am impressed! I know how much your diet coke means to you. In fact, I could really go for a Bonnie's scoop of raspberries special right now...

I am holding strong though...
