Yes!

Last night as I was feeding Maggie I gave her a little pep talk about sleeping through the night. I simply explained that Amos first slept through the night when he was 6 weeks old, and she was almost 6 weeks old. Since girls are better than boys, she only had a few days left to prove it. Well, Maggie took our little talk to heart and she slept until 7:15 this morning! Hallelujah!

Girls are better than boys.

Nice job, Maggie!! You are lucky, Laura - I keep hearing horror stories from all my friends that have babies - one of them sleeps only two hours at a time. Yuck!!

Didn't finish my thought - the baby that sleeps two hours at a time is 3 months old.

Our kids figure out pretty quickly that crying doesn't necessarily get them what they want... so they stop doing it and go to bed.

yahoo! congrats maggie! sleeping thru the night is so wonderful:) how long did you bundle amos?? paisley sleeps best that way, but she is getting good at getting her arms out and then she wakes up...

I swear by swaddling...we bundled Amos until he was about three months old. We would bundle him SO tight, but he could get his arms out too. It was always a game to see if we could get him tight enough.

Her little arm even looks triumphant! I agree, girls rule, boys drool!
