And we're back.

Its been a very busy couple of weeks for us. It started with a cross country road trip for Eric. He went to Washington D.C. to help a friend pick up a mini van and drive it back to Utah. They made the 31 hour drive in 38 hours. Pretty impressive. As soon as Eric got home, Amos and I packed up and headed to Boise for some time with the Shavers. Eric came up later in the week, and we were so glad to have him back.

While we were there, we had the chance to go to the Twin Falls Temple open house. It was a hot day, but the Temple was beautiful.

I was so excited to take Amos swimming for the first time in Boise. He liked it, but not as much as he liked eating the stuff he could find around the pool.

My parents have three cows they keep in their pasture. The cows are really fun to watch, and really friendly. They will come right up to the fence and lick your hand. Their tongues feel like sand paper! They were a little overwheming for Amos, but I think he warmed up eventually.
